Bahan - Gamjajeon (pancake kentang ala korea)
- Sediakan 250 gr - kentang, kupas, haluskan/parut/diblender.
- Berikan 1 btg untuk daun bawang, iris tipis.
- Perlu 3 buah untuk cabe rawit/merah, iris tipis.
- Perlu 2 siung bawang putih, haluskan.
- Berikan 1/2 sdt dari garam.
- Berikan 1/2 sdt merica.
- Siapkan - kaldu bubuk.

- Peras kentang yg sudah dihaluskan, diamkan air perasan kentang kurleb 5 menit.
- Buang airnya dan sisakan bagian yg mengendap di dasar air perasan.
- Campur semua bahan, bumbu, dan endapan kentang yg sudah disiapkan tadi, aduk rata, jangan lupa koreksi rasa.
- Panaskan pan, tuang sekitar 3 sdm minyak. kalo pan sudah panas, ambil 1 sdm adonan, tuang keatas pan dan pipihkan.
- Kalo minyak sudah sudah mengering, tambahkan minyak lagi.
- Masak sampai kedua permukaannya krispi kecoklatan. angkat. sajikan.
